Zimbabwe Introduces Mandatory Online Arrival Forms for Travellers

Travellers heading to Zimbabwe must now complete arrival forms online before departure, as the country phases out the use of paper-based forms.

The new system applies to visitors from both visa-exempt and visa-required countries. Passengers are advised to fill in their declarations prior to travel via Zimbabwe’s official eVisa platform: https://evisa.gov.zw/app/index.html

While travellers will still have the option of completing the form at immigration kiosks upon arrival, Zimbabwean authorities have cautioned that this may lead to delays at entry points. The move forms part of efforts to streamline border control processes, reduce paperwork, and improve efficiency at immigration counters.
