South Africa’s own DJ Speedsta has returned with a bold statement. His latest project, “120 OCEAN VIEW DR.” is being hailed as a 10/10 album and a serious potential contender for Album of the Year.
Aptly titled after a luxe address, the album is a concise yet powerful 10-track journey showcasing Speedsta’s continued influence in the South African hip-hop landscape. Known for delivering tight, impactful projects, Speedsta clearly had Illmatic in mind, aiming for a record where “there isn’t a skip”.
